Returns & Exchanges

At Jewelri, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn jewelry. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging with all security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Jewelri account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Your Package

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
